Friday and Saturday, November 13th and 14th is the Beechmont Women’s Club Annual Luncheon and Bazaar! From 9am-6pm on Friday and 9am-3pm on Saturday. Located at 4516 S. 6th St.
November 13th and 14th is the Festival of Trees and Lights at Louisville Slugger Field. Hosted by the Children’s Hospital Foundation, hundreds of volunteers design and decorate Christmas trees, wreaths and hand crafted holiday items – all of which are for sale to raise funds for Kosair Children’s Hospital. Festival Family Night is 11/13.
Saturday, November 14, from 5-8pm the Bass Pro Shops Preview Event and Santa’s Arrival. Tree lighting, Santa’s Wonderland, Carolers, give aways, free craft, cookies, hot chocolate and more!
Saturday, November 14th is Field’s Holiday Bazaar/Arts and Crafts Show. Located at 120 Sacred Heart Lane off Frankfort Avenue.

November 14th – December 21st, Derby Dinner Playhouse is performing Jack Frost Saves Christmas! Follow Jack on his adventures in Christmas town as he discovers his special icy talents and manages to save Christmas! Santa will be at every performance. Price: Breakfast – $16.00; Lunch – $21.00

Tuesday, November 17th visit the St. Matthews Branch of the Louisville Free Public Library for Nutcracker Storytime with the Louisville Ballet. 6:30pm.
November 17, 18, and 19th is the Temptations Holiday Boutique at The Olmsted. Come shop over 30 hand selected vendors that are available only at this show. It is 3 days long, inside, counter service lunch is available and wine is also available for purchase. No entry fees, open to the public, and no reservations are needed. You can park close and stay as long as you like. We will have something for everyone on your list. Located at 3701 Frankfort Rd.
November 19th – December 27th is Christmas at the Galt House. Winter Wonderland, Snow Fairy Princesses, Peppermint Express Kiddie Train, and more.
Thursday, November 19th is the Kentucky Horse Park’s Southern Lights Stroll. This event features a 5k run along with mini train rides, refreshments, and prize drawings. A food drive will also take place for God’s Pantry and local animal shelters.
November 20th – January 3rd, Lights Under Louisville at the Louisville Mega Cavern will be open. Load up the kids and enjoy a 30 minute ride through part of 17 miles of underground passageways, which features over 850 lit characters with over 2,000,000 points of light.
Saturday, November 21st is Waggener High School’s Art and Craft Fair, located at 330 South Hubbards Lane.
Saturday, November 21st is Light Up Simpsonville at 6:00pm.
Saturday, November 21st is the Snow Ball Gala to raise funds for Kosair Children’s Hospital. This black tie event has become one of the most fashionable holiday parties in Louisville. A gourmet meal precedes dancing to music by Galaxy. Black ties for the gentlemen and ball gowns for the ladies.
Saturday, November 21st is St. Gabriel’s Gall Craft Show from 9am – 3pm. Handmade crafts, gifts and decor. 5505 Bardstown Rd.
Saturday, November 21st is the 4th Annual NuLu Holiday Open House. Celebrate the holidays NuLu style! Extended hours, store and restaurant specials, an appearance from Santa and more. From 10am-5pm.
Saturday, November 21st is the 3rd Annual Holiday Brite Nite at Paddock Shops. 4:30 – 7:30pm. Carolers, magicians, juggler, stilt walker, Frosty and many special guests! Face painting and free glow items for kids, while supplies last.

November 23rd – December 24th is Christmas Tree Lane at Waterfront Park.
November 24th-December 23rd A Christmas Carol is being presented by Actor’s Theatre.
Wednesday, November 25th is Light Up Lyndon from 5:00-8:00pm. Santa and his Elves will be there to help kick off the Holiday season. Face painting, pictures with Santa, and train rides are a few of the festivities!
November 25th – January 1st, is Elizabethtown’s Christmas in the Park. Located at Freeman Lake Park, admission is FREE but donations are gladly accepted.
Friday, November 27th is Light Up Louisville including a Skating Rink, the Run, Run, Rudolph 5K, Santa’s Workshop, and Santa’s Arrival. The festivities begin at 11am and go until 11pm! For more information click here!
November 27th – January 2nd is Christmas in Charlestown. Largest animated light show in So. Indiana. on the City Square nightly Sunday-Saturday 6pm-10pm. Winter Wonderland of Lights in Greeway Park with Carriage Rides Thursday-Saturday 6pm-10pm. Ice Skating, Train Rides, Santa and more at the Family Activities Park Thursday -Saturday 6pm-10pm. Less than 20 minutes from the Kennedy Bridge (through Jeffersonville).
November 27th – January 25th Jeffersonville’s Skating Rink will be open! Located at the corner of Market and Spring Streets.
November 27th starts Fifth Third Bank’s A Christmas Carol at Actor’s Theatre.

December 4th is Light up the Village at Westport Village. Join them from 5-8pm.
December 4th and 5th is Christmastide at Locust Grove from 5:30-9:00pm. The Clark & Croghan families invite you into their home to visit and to partake of holiday cheer. Live music, lively conversations, refreshments, and crafts for children 3 and up.
December 4th and 5th is WinterFair at Thomas Jefferson Unitarian Church located at 4936 Brownsboro Road.
December 4th – 6th U of L Dance Theatre presents the 20th annual performance of “Clara’s Dream” at the School of Music’s Comstock Hall. 7pm on Dec. 4; 3pm and 7pm on Dec. 5; and 2pm on Dec. 6. $15 for adults and $10 for children under age 13 or adults over age 65. Group rates also are available for ten or more.

The North Pole Express at My Old Kentucky Dinner Train in Bardstown begins December 5th and runs on the weekends until December 20th.
Saturday, December 5 from 10:30am-7:00pm at Norton Commons. With over 55 local businesses including boutiques, shops, restaurants and bars, you’ll find something for everyone. Most of the shops and restaurants will be open with sales and specials. Santa will be visiting from 3-5 pm & carriage rides will be offered from 5-7 pm. You must bring a new, unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots in order to get a photo with Santa or a carriage ride.
Saturday, December 5th is a Holiday Party at Gheens Science Hall & Rauch Planetarium from 1pm-4pm.
Saturday, December 5th is Light Up Jeffersontown from 6-8pm. Start the holiday season with Santa, Mrs. Claus and the Mayor as they flip the switch to Light Up Jeffersontown! Immediately following, festivities continue outside with live performances by area choral groups, ice carving, free refreshments and free carriage rides. Inside the Community Center enjoy arts and crafts, holiday movies and pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus!
Saturday, December 5th is Holiday Wreath Making at Yew Dell Botanical Gardens. This popular class has become a holiday tradition for many. Participants will be instructed by the masters on how to design and assemble their own 22-24” wreath. Materials are all fresh and harvested at Yew Dell. Participants should bring their own gloves and pruners. Express you inner Claus by making a holiday wreath fit for your own front door.
Saturday, December 5th is the 13th Annual Nature of Christmas in Goshen from 12-3pm. A thank you to our friends and community for a terrific year! Free food, artisans and gift booths, crafts, hayrides, music, and Santa & Mrs. Claus with gift bags and treats. Free, donations encouraged.

This annual event in Alumni Chapel to celebrates the Christmas season with a rich, gospel-centered Christmas worship gathering based on the themes of Advent. Matinee Admission – 4:00 pm. The evening will include dinner, Bible lessons, music, games, crafts, movie and cookie decorating.
