All about Kids Slumber Party
Join the fun at AAK this New Year’s Eve! We will go swimming, play in Open Gym, have a pizza party, watch the ball drop at midnight and more!!!

New Year’s Eve Sleepover at SIGS. While you spend an evening out on the town, your child (ages 5 and up) can spend the night at SIGS having fun on BounceTime, swimming in the pool, and doing gymnastics! Kids will enjoy pizza and a midnight snack and of course TONS OF FUN!

New Year’s Eve Dance Party at Main Library.  December 31 starting at 2pm. Join us for some New Year’s stories and make some noise for 2011! Ages 3-10

Noon Year’s Celebration at Louisville Science Center.  January 1-2, 2011.Say farewell to 2010 and our latest exhibit, Sesame Street Presents: The Body, as we ring in the new year. We’ll create party hats using a mathematician’stools, build noisemakers and discover how sound is created, dance to family-friendly music and engineer balloons for a noon-time balloon drop to ring in 2011. Plus, enjoy these activities to get you and your family jump started on a happy, healthy new year! Design your own lunch bag to fill with healthy foods for school, make your own growth chart to take home, and learn how your body works harder doing physical activity. Elmo will make a special appearance (to welcome the New Year), so don’t forget your camera!

Annual New year’s Eve and Day Pajama Party at Lynn’s Paradise Café   Dec 31, 2010 – Jan 1, 2011  Entertainment & fun both New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Celebrate in your PJ’s all day long for two days!!! Everyone in the Pajamas will receive a “special” gift!!!

Countdown to Noon at Indianapolis Children’s Museum  Dec. 31, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.

This event lets children and families participate in the excitement of a countdown to the New Year at a reasonable hour. Enjoy activities that include music, dancing, art, and special guests from the Land of Oz.

New Year’s Eve Celebration in Lexington at the Explorium
Join the Explorium in ringing in 2011 at a kid-friendly New Year’s Eve Celebration. Children can cheer and celebrate as the ball (balloons) drop at 12 noon. Other highlights include ginger-ale toasts, crafts, and music. The event begins at 10 a.m. on December 31.
