This craft could not be simpler. All you need is a paper plate, tissue paper, glue and a bow!  Just cut a circle out of the center of the plate. The kids can cut up the green tissue paper into little squares or any scrap shapes.  Then, they glue those pieces onto the plate. To decorate the wreath, they can rip off pieces of red tissue paper and ball them up. Glue those all over the green to make decorative berries.  Adorn the wreath with a wrapping bow!  It’s a great craft that doesn’t take a lot of time and who doesn’t have wrapping supplies around during this time of year?!
