Flags 4 Vets National Memorial Day Vigil – Families are invited to help place 25,000 American flags at Waterfront Park.  This event runs 5/23-5/25.
Sing & Dance!

Abbey Road on the River – If all you need is love over the long weekend, check out this music festival at The Belvedere Festival Park 5/21-5/25. Admission fee for Adults, donations requested for Child admission.

KY Reggae Festival – Travel to the Caribbean at the Louisville Water Tower.  The Reggae Festival runs 5/22-5/24. Admission fee, kids 10 and under are FREE.  Read our review here.

The RiverStage in Jeffersonville – Concert on 5/22 at 7PM and Twilight Cinema (Annie) on 5/23 at 7:30PM.  Both events are FREE!
Get Active!

Mayor’s Hike Bike & Paddle – Hike, bike, paddle, walk, learn tai chi and many other activities on the Great Lawn on 5/25.  Read our review here.  

Metro Parks Golf Courses – Family weekend at Metro Park Golf Courses 5/23-5/25.  A family of 4 can play 9 holes, with cart, after 4:30PM at any Metro Parks course for only $20!  Call ahead for tee times.

Louisville Bats Baseball Games – Take your family out to a ballgame! There are home games scheduled during the long weekend, check out the schedule online for game times and special promotions.  Military Appreciation Day is on 5/25 and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall Replica will be at Slugger Field 5/25-5/27.

Splash – Cool off at an area splash park or enjoy one of the area’s great parks!  Check out our extensive Park reviews list here.  Atlantis Waterpark opens this weekend.   And, the Clarksville Aquatics Center opens this weekend, admission is just $5!
