Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. Here are a few sweet ideas for celebrating this holiday in Louisville with your little ones.

Sweet TreatsAt The Artic Scoop
from 2-4pm on February 11th, you can decorate your own Valentine’s Day
cookie. Head in for their unique liquid nitrogen ice cream and have a
treat together.

Head to Muth’s Candy to treat your kiddo to a hand crafted confection made by a fourth generation of Louisville candy makers.

Annie May’s Sweet Café is baking up delicious Valentine’s Day treats- stock up early for Valentine’s Day parties and gifts- and added bonus all of the treats are allergy-friendly – free of nuts, soy and gluten. They can accommodate a number of other allergens as well.

Sweet Events

Share the Love with KMAC – on February 11th from 11am to 3pm. They have Family Fun Day with special Valentine’s Day art activities – fun for all ages.

Date night for the whole family? Whet Your Palette as $10 drop-in painting.  Everyone can paint what they like!

Want to have a fun night with the entire family? Head to the Big Love Puppet Prom on February 11 from 6-11pm.  Squallis Puppeteers is throwing the party!

Head to Uptown Art for a special kids painting class on February 12th. The class is for ages 5+ and will feature a love painting- a perfect Valentine!

Pinot’s Palette also has quite a few “Little Brushes” workshops that are love and hearts and all of that fun stuff.

Head to Barnes and Noble on February 11th at 11am – Both Louisville locations will have this special Valentine themed story time.

Head out for a day of shopping and Valentine’s deals at the NuLu Valentine’s Day Open House and take advantage of specials and sales from 10am – 5pm on February 11th.
