Frazier History Museum: Take Mom to check out the many exhibits going on right now including Kentucky Rivalries, The Spirit of Kentucky, and Cool Kentucky!

Come enjoy a lovely morning or afternoon at The Little Loomhouse’s Mother’s Day Tea and Weaving. Enjoy a light snack with tea and then weave a pair of coasters to take home. They will be offering two sessions on Saturday, May 13th.

Bring your pup out for a free photo Legend at Pope Lick Park! Spend some time with your pup, enjoy a walk in the beautiful park, maybe even hit a trail! They will have specially made treats for the pups, plus coffee & warm donuts for dog moms available for purchase. Plus their gift shop will be open for you to explore. May 13th, 9am-1pm.

Joe Huber’s Family Farm and Restaurant: Mother’s Day Buffet ($24.99 ages 12+, $12.99 kids 4-11). 11:00am – 7:00pm. Reservations strongly recommended by calling 812-923-5255. 

The Louisville Zoo: Celebrate Mom by treating her to Mother’s Day at the Zoo! Free Zoo admission for moms on this special day! Or, take Mom to see Wild Lights, the special event happening now at the Zoo. Enjoy a fun day outdoors as you spend family time with the animal families at the Zoo. 

Mother’s Day Brunch at Huber’s Orchard & Winery – Sunday, at either 9:30am or 12:00pm. Must purchase advanced tickets. 

Mother’s Day Breakfast at Sellersburg Moose Family Center: Breakfast provided by the lodge from 9:00am – 11:00am. *members/qualified guests only

Mother’s Day Brunch at River House Restaurant and Raw Bar: 11:00am – 3:00pm. Reservations: 502-897-5000

Mother’s Day Market: Visit the Sunflower Market at Lambrecht Farm in Bedford IN for an early Mother’s Day on May 5th & 6th. Antique, boutique, handmade and vintage vendors, petting zoo, live music and food trucks.

Shakespeare in the Parks Tour: Presenting Hamlet at 2:00pm at Beckley Creek Park and 6:30pm at Norton Commons. This is a FREE family-friendly event and super fun for Mother’s day in Louisville!

Wild Lights at the Louisville Zoo: See the Zoo in a whole new light as you enjoy one of the largest lantern festivals in the nation. Begins at 6:30pm. Advance tickets are required for all guests and members. General admission for ages 3 and up is $22/person (members $179. Family 4 pack $75 ($65 for members). $7 parking fee.
