Lark Ranch Lanesville

Lark Ranch is opening a new farm for family fun in Lanesville, Indiana in fall 2024

Louisville families have a new farm to explore this fall that offers so much for one admission fee

Lark Ranch Lanesville will be the third farm opened by Matt Lark and his team. The first two are in Greenfield and Loogootee and families absolutely love them. Lark Ranch in Lanesville will offer many similar attractions to their existing farms. You can click here and see some of the rides and attractions they have at their other farms like a carousel and corn maze along with carnival rides.

Tickets are on sale NOW for the fall 2024 season

Lark Ranch Lanesville wants to give Louisville families the ULTIMATE FALL EXPERIENCE

Our friends at Indy with Kids have frequented the other Lark Ranch locations. You can visit their website and see what they have to say about it! Click here

Some of the images in this post are from other Lark Ranch locations. We will update with more once Lark Ranch Lanesville opens!

The big fun for Louisville families will be the 1-mile train ride. This isn’t just any small train you’ve seen, it’s big! It fits 100 people and the track runs all throughout the farm. And, they will have two running most days so there will be continuous opportunities to ride and fewer lines.

This train ride is an experience that makes the visit to Lanesville worth it even without all of the other fun this farm offers. They have even built a train station for it. Families will love it! They are planning to expand from year to year to build out more fun along the train tracks. Basically they took an existing farm that closed and are revamping the entire place.

Lark Ranch Lanesville will have daily tickets and season passes which include all rides and activities except for those noted as additional, which can be found here: Rides & Activities

On my visit to Lark Ranch Lanesville I learned all about the abundance of activities they will have and it’s all so unique to our area. They have sidewalks to help people get around. The farm will have different sections, lots of picnic tables and shady areas. I love that they have many open barns that will make for an indoor-outdoor feel for many of the attractions.

There will be:

At least 10 carnival rides

2 large jumping pillows

A Treehouse Village play area

A giant corn box

Bouncies in a covered barn

Bon fires in the evenings

A Little Barrel Train built to fit kids and parents

The big 1-mile train ride pulling up to 100 people

Hay rides

A tire mountain

A historic Allan Herschell Carousel with 30 horses

Petting zoo

Giant slide

Special events such as live music and probably more! Lark Ranch Lanesville

You will have the opportunity to go pumpkin picking or explore the corn maze. There will be free hay rides out to the pumpkin patches and corn maze. If you pick pumpkins, there will be a fee for taking home your pumpkin. Pumpkins are not included in the admission fee.

Also, there will be ample free parking and parents love this…..brand new, indoor bathrooms!

Pose for a photo in their giant, custom-built chair! They will also have a giant red swing.
