Weekend family fun is here! Welcome to our weekend picks. On this page, we will highlight weekend family fun options. Of course, there’s always more so visit our calendar page to search out additional options.

Start your weekend family fun off by doing good! Join our Facebook Group that’s all about giving back to our local teachers.

The Creasey Country Fair is Friday night and perfect for a night out with a date or friends – adults only. I went last year with friends and had a BLAST! It all supports adding to the new playground at the Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve – which is a wonderful place for families to hike, play, learn and more.
Old Louisville Spring Fest is fun for everyone and it’s Saturday from 10am – 9pm. Vendors, food, music, kids area and more! So much to see and do, rain or shine, corner of Brooke & Oak Street.

The Oldham County Hwy 42 Yard Sale is huge. I don’t want to put too much in one outer county for the weekend but there are 90+ homes participating. So, if you are into yard-saling, this is worth heading out. It starts at 9am. See the map on the website.

The Louisville Family Fun all 90s Party is Sunday May 20, click here for details. It’s free. Register in advance by lane, not by person. 1 lane = up to 6 people. Kids get goody bags with fun freebies! Very few spots available. Check here for updates.

P.S. – Check out our events calendar for more ideas!

This page will also host information for special holiday weekends like Labor Day Weekend and Memorial Day Weekend.
