It will be right in the middle of strawberry time! Be sure to check out the Strawberry Festival in Starlight, IN – Saturday May 25th is their festival picnic that runs 8am-8pm
Another music festival, Kentucky Reggae Festival, Live Reggae Music, Caribbean vendor market, Authentic Jamaican food, Kids entertainment area and Free Parking! It’s at the Louisville Water Tower

It’s the opening weekend at Atlantis Waterpark – spend the day splashing outside! You know, they have a “staycation” deal that’s $99 for an overnight stay + 4 waterpark passes ($40 value). The hotel has an indoor pool too, swimming night and day!
If shopping is your thing – head to the Kentucky Flea Market Memorial Day Spectacular at the Kentucky Exposition Center. It’s a 4 day event (Fri – Mon) featuring many, many booths full of anything you can imagine! Admission is FREE ($8 parking) Hrs: Fri. 12-6 / Sat. 10-6 / Sun. 11-5 / Mon. 10-5
Or, how about a free downtown scavenger hunt?! Hometown Quest Scavenger Hunt: Family-friendly, free 60-minute activity designed to explore downtown Louisville.
**Saturday May 25 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Pick up a game card at the Louisville Visitors Center (4th & Jefferson), answer challenge questions and solve puzzles leading you to different locations in downtown Louisville. After completing the scheduled task or activity at each location, “stamp masters” will verify the completion of the activities and place an official stamp on the game card. Once all spaces are filled, completed game cards are turned in at the Louisville Visitors Center and redeemed for a free Louisville stacked logo t-shirt!
