Fun Indoor Birthday Party
Oh what fun! A new fun indoor birthday party spot that will leave everyone wanting more.

At High Five Sports Academy, the rule is to learn the basics of a sport while having fun and they make sure to carry that same vibe during birthday parties. This place is located in the near the zoo, close to Preston and Poplar, and most people aren’t familiar with how much fun this spot is for a fun indoor birthday party. High Five Sports Academy hosted us and they were on top of their game as soon as we arrived. Coach Triniti was ready and waiting for our party of 20 kids, ranging between the ages of 4 through 12 (with some older-kids-at-heart “dads” who also joined the party).
The gym doesn’t look like much from the outside but when you open the doors, there’s so much to do that most folks don’t even know where to begin. Coach Triniti played a soccer match with kids upstairs while parents dribbled and took their best shot on the basketball court. The little ones, who weren’t interested in running on the turf, spent most of their time playing in their indoor playground. After 20 minutes of playing soccer, Coach Triniti set up an obstacle course where each kid tried their best at scoring a goal and hitting a field hockey puck- suddenly, the black lights came on and it turned into an obstacle glow party!!!
The kids then came downstairs, to the basketball court, and they played games organized by the coach. Each kid did their best with the basketball and hula hoops. The best activity, came at the end, when coach organized a parent vs child dodge-ball match! The kids lined up on one end while parents where on the opposite side, when the whistle blew, it was a fun chaos, as parents ran to catch a ball without getting hit. There was so much laughter and joy from both sides, it was wonderful to see the adults having fun too! Certainly, a fun indoor birthday party.
Everyone got a great workout and we were all sweating by the end of the game. In case you’re interested in knowing who won- kids whooped their parents. High Five Sports Academy is also a great spot for a fun indoor birthday party because it is climate-controlled.
After we played for over an hour, it was time to eat- there’s a shed outside of the gym where the organizers can decorate according to their theme and bring the food of their choice. We had cupcakes, pizza, chicken nuggets and fruits. We also had a cooler with soft drinks and the shed comes with a kitchen and bathroom so everything was accessible in that one spot.
We definitely recommend High Five Sports Academy for this unique concept of a fun indoor birthday party where you can play sports and have a coach who’s in control while parents are still close by to join the fun or watch their kids participate in activities with their friends. You get the run of the entire place during your party ($300 fee).
