St. James Court Art Show – A juried fine arts and contemporary crafts show featuring over 600 artists from around the U.S. held among the country’s largest collection of Victorian homes in the heart of historic Old Louisville. This 4-square block, outdoor art show takes place annually on the first weekend of October, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Steamboat Nights – Jeffersonville’s glow up festival takes place over Big Four Station Park with a Family Fun Zone, rides, Balloon Glow, and more.

UofL Men’s Soccer – Free Admission to their games
October 4-12 (Booth Days 9-12th)
Harvest Homecoming – Booths, food, rides, car shows, parades and more are plentiful during this fall festival in New Albany.

Downtown Drive-In – The Downtown Drive-In is an outdoor movie night series, taking place at Brown-Forman Amphitheater on select Friday nights through October. Movies will begin at sundown, with the amphitheater open an hour before to allow guests to grab their spot in the theater.

North Overlook Opening – Iroquois Park, Louisville Parks and Recreation opens the gate to Uppill Road on the 2nd Saturday and Sunday of the month, 10am-4pm March-November. Each date is weather dependent.
October 18-19
16th Annual Via Colori Street Painting Festival – They will have live music, vendors, family-friendly activities, a food court, bar and of course, street art. Via Colori is a family and pet friendly event that is free for the public to attend.
October 25
Hayride in the Park – Enjoy a spin around Cherokee Park under the autumn leaves! Hayride in the Park features lawn games, the children’s Free Play experience and food trucks. 2-5pm
