Fish Fry in Louisville – Lenten Fish Fries

Where are fish fries in Louisville? There are many churches and organizations around the city that offer lunch and/or dinner on Fridays during Lent. 

Lent for the year 2025 is celebrated/observed from March 5th through April 17th. Therefore, most of these Fish Fries will be on Fridays during that time frame with some variation depending on the church or organization.

If you are looking for a fish fry in Louisville, they are abundant. There are locations that offer lunch or dinner, some even offer both. Many of the locations have special activities going on at the same time for the kids or they have TVs for watching sporting events. We have seen locations offer advanced ordering online or mobile so check with the specific location to see if this is something they do, it may save you time.

Also, some of these events do not fully update their online information from year to year so if there is a change, it is difficult for us to track. If you are headed to an event that you are not familiar with, you may want to call ahead to make sure they haven’t changed what they offer or their dates/times.

St. Joseph Catholic Church (40206): Fish Fry starts Feb 20th. 11am-1pm for lunch and 4:30-7:30pm for dinner.
