June 14
The City of Jeffersontown’s Summerfest – Join them for a celebration, a night of music, food, fun and a fireworks show to end the night. 6pm-10pm, Veteran’s Memorial Park @ 10707 Taylorsville Rd. Featuring live performance by Conch Republic, Kids Zone, and local food trucks.

July 4 – 7
4th of July Weekend at French Lick Resort – Their special celebration of Americana has it all, including poolside fun, music and outdoor activities. It all starts with a bang at our grand fireworks display the evening of the 4th.

Riverview Independence FestivalBe prepared for the Ohio River in Southwest Louisville to be come alive with fireworks, fun, food and a fantastic musical line-up at Riverview Park. Musical acts by JD Shelburne, The Sheryl Rouse Band, and more will entertain the crowd on the Festival Stage. The Festival begins at 5:00 p.m. with performances continuing throughout the day until the phenomenal fireworks display at 10:00 p.m.
 
June 30
Fanfare for the 4th – 3pm, Annual Multimedia Choral Cinema Presentation of America. Enjoy this American historical retrospective and revel in the power of stirring patriotic songs & visuals! Multimedia Specialist Ruth Newman. Beargrass Christian Church, 4100 Shelbyville Rd. A great alternative to fireworks in Louisville. 

July 3 
 
Thunder Over Radcliff This is Radcliff’s annual 4th of  July celebration. Bring your lawn chairs and chill out around your vehicle to watch the show. Food will be on-site to enjoy while waiting for the show. 8:00-10:00pm
 
Shoreline Independence Day Celebration – New Albany Amphitheater with live music, inflatables, games, fireworks, and more. Free, 6pm.

July 4 

Crescent Hill July 4th Celebration – Plan to attend the 39th Crescent Hill July 4th Celebration. By The People – For The People Celebrating our Country’s Independence – Neighborhood Style! Thursday, July 4. Free and open to the public.

Locust Grove Independence Day – Celebrate Independence Day with a meaningful, engaging day focused on civic engagement and citizenship. The event’s highlight is our Naturalization Ceremony, where we will warmly welcome new citizens into our community. Enjoy family-friendly activities, educational exhibits, and interactive discussions that explore the values of independence and active citizenship. Free, starts at 10:00am.

Independence Day Parade and Celebration of Freedom in Downtown Jeffersonville – 10am, 100-500 blocks of of Spring St. 

Paristown Fourth of July –  General admission includes access to Christy’s Garden, Brent Street, GA bars, food hall eateries, and outdoor vendor market. One personal lawn chair per person is permitted in designated areas only.


July 5

Play America – Join them for a FREE Independence Day weekend community concert under the baton of Music Director Teddy Abrams. Play America returns to America Place at River Ridge in southern Indiana on Friday, July 5. In addition to a concert featuring diverse and dynamic music, starting at 6pm enjoy the family field featuring food trucks, bouncy castles, and free fun activities that all can enjoy!
