October 4-6

St. James Court Art Show – A juried fine arts and contemporary crafts show featuring over 600 artists from around the U.S. held among the country’s largest collection of Victorian homes in the heart of historic Old Louisville. This 4-square block, outdoor art show takes place annually on the first weekend of October, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Steamboat Nights – Jeffersonville’s glow up festival takes place over Big Four Station Park with a Family Fun Zone, rides, Balloon Glow, and more.

October 5
Free Kid’s Day at the Market – East End Farmer’s Market, 13060 Factory Ln, Louisville, KY 40245, from 10:00am-2pm. 
 
10th Birthday Party – Southwest Regional Library, 10am-4pm. Festivities include: Magical & hilarious Mr. Moustache, music from bluegrass band Hog Operation, Bubble truck, and more

October 8, 11, 16, & 22
UofL Men’s Soccer – Free Admission to their games

October 10-13
Harvest Homecoming – Booths, food, rides, car shows, parades and more are plentiful during this fall festival in New Albany.

October 12-13

North Overlook Opening – Iroquois Park, Louisville Parks and Recreation opens the gate to Uppill Road on the 2nd Saturday and Sunday of the month, 10am-4pm March-November. Each date is weather dependent.

October 19-20
16th Annual Via Colori Street Painting Festival – They will have live music, vendors, family-friendly activities, a food court, bar and of course, street art. Via Colori is a family and pet friendly event that is free for the public to attend.
